Tool 6.2.1 Guide to Energy Management
The "Guide to Energy Management” presents general guidelines for introducing and operating Energy Management in communities and in general.
Introduction of energy management should be coordinated with the national legal framework following relevant EU directives related to energy efficiency in buildings.
Actions on making energy labelling are not covered by these guidelines.
The guidelines have been amended and refined by Energy Consulting Network for use in the SEC Tools project, partly based on revision of similar manuals used in the context of the Danish Environmental-Related Energy Sector Programme.
